Rules for using findmycolor.app.

These Terms govern your use of findmycolor.app, including color reports, OutfitAI, saved report links, paid credits, and related features.

Agreement

By using findmycolor.app, uploading an image, requesting a report, or buying credits, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These Terms refer to the site as “findmycolor.app,” “we,” “us,” and “our.” They do not name a legal entity because the final entity name is still being completed.

Eligibility and image rights

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. You may upload only images that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload images of anyone else unless you have their consent. Do not upload images of children under 13, nude or sexual content, government IDs, medical records, financial records, or other highly sensitive information.

AI reports are informational

findmycolor.app provides automated style and color information for personal use. Reports may be inaccurate, incomplete, subjective, or affected by lighting, camera quality, image edits, makeup, hair color, screen settings, and model limitations. Reports are not professional, medical, employment, credit, housing, insurance, legal, or other regulated advice, and they must not be used to make decisions that materially affect a person’s rights, opportunities, eligibility, or access to services.

Consent to processing

By submitting an image, you authorize findmycolor.app and its service providers to process the uploaded image, visible traits, preferences, prompts, and generated outputs to provide, secure, debug, and improve the requested service. This includes processing in the United States and processing by AI service providers such as OpenAI and, if enabled, OpenRouter and its model providers. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not use your images to identify you, create a face-recognition profile, sell advertising, or train findmycolor.app models.

Your content

You keep your rights in the images you upload. You grant findmycolor.app a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and create outputs from your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for making sure your uploads and use of outputs do not violate anyone else’s rights.

Paid credits and purchases

If paid features are offered, prices and included credits are shown at checkout or in the pricing section. Credits have no cash value, are not bank accounts or stored-value cards, and may be used only for eligible findmycolor.app features. Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments are final and credits are not refundable or transferable. We may change prices, plans, credit amounts, and features prospectively.

Accounts, report links, and deletion

Report links are private links, not public identity verification. Keep them secure. We may expire sessions, revoke links, delete records, or limit access to prevent abuse, fix errors, comply with law, or protect the service. You can request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape or reverse engineer the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malware, use generated outputs to deceive or impersonate others, violate law, infringe rights, harass people, or use the service to make sensitive or regulated decisions about any person.

Service availability

The site may change, pause, fail, or be discontinued at any time. AI providers, email providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and security providers may be unavailable or may return errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent report storage, specific results, or that any output will match your expectations.

Disclaimers and liability limits

The site and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, findmycolor.app disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent allowed by law, findmycolor.app will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, image misuse by third parties, styling choices, purchase decisions, or reliance on AI outputs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to findmycolor.app in the three months before the claim or USD $100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold findmycolor.app harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your uploads, your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

Governing law and mandatory rights

These Terms are governed by laws applicable to findmycolor.app’s United States operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and contact
